Bowling Green Police Division has obtained an arrest warrant for James Jermaine Starks Jackson II (23 yrs old from Fremont) for Attempted Murder regarding the February 9, 2020 shooting in Bowling Green.   Jackson was identified as the suspect through witness statements and video surveillance.  James Jermaine Starks Jackson II was last seen in Fremont, however he is known to frequent Toledo and Cleveland.  Jackson is described as a black male, 6’4” tall, weighing 300 lbs, with long black dreadlocks and brown eyes.

During the course of the investigation Detectives also received information regarding a possible additional victim.
