How to contest a parking ticket

If you feel that you have been issued a parking ticket unjustly you may contest the parking ticket by bringing it to the Police Division and speaking with the Service Bureau Lieutenant or start the process by completing the Parking Ticket Challenge Form.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, then you may request to speak with the Chief of Police or his designee.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, then you may request a review of the matter by the Civil Hearing Officer.

If you are not satisfied, you may pursue an appeal from the civil hearing officer by filing an appeal with the civil division of the Bowling Green Municipal Court.
