Administration

The Bowling Green Police Division's Administration structure:

Chief of Police

The Chief of Police is responsible for providing a safe environment for the citizens of Bowling Green and for the improvement of the quality of life in the city of Bowling Green.

Deputy Chief of Police

The Deputy Chief of Police is responsible for management and supervision of the Police Division and coordination of the various bureaus with the Division.

Operations Bureau

The Operations Bureau Commander is responsible for supervision of the Patrol and Detective divisions, ensuring shifts are properly manned and that calls are investigated.

Administrative Bureau

The Administrative Bureau Commander is responsible for supervision of the Administrative Staff, Training and CALEA standards.

Support Services

The Support Services Bureau Commander is repsonsible for the supervision of the Dispatch, Records Parking and Animal Control personnel.
