Police Respond to Barricaded Subject

At approximately 4:45 PM, the Bowling Green Police Division was contacted to check the welfare of a subject, later identified as TRACY CROUCH, at his residence, 16 Arlington Ct. Callers advised that CROUCH was outside the residence and acting in what appeared to be an irrational and unusual manner.
