This section has the responsibility of review, control, maintenance, retrieval, and distribution of all original reports and documents. Records also prepares and submits all fingerprints of arrested persons to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation. The Division is in the process of training all dispatchers in the records functions.

To obtain a copy of a police report or vehicle crash report, you can:

Stop by in person during hours of operation.

The Bowling Green Police Division DOES NOT fax or email reports. A 10 cent per page fee is charged. Once the fee is paid, the report can be mailed via US Mail, or picked up in person. If you wish the report to be mailed, we will require a self addressed stamped envelope be provided. The information contained in the report WILL NOT be given over phone.
